    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control valve which is hardly influenced by dust or the like. SOLUTION: The elevator control valve 30 controls the flow rate of hydraulic oil (operating fluid) for a hydraulic cylinder (hydraulic pressure actuator) 4 which moves up and down an elevator table. The elevator control valve 30 includes a valve hole 42 through which the hydraulic oil for the hydraulic cylinder 4 flows, a spool 50 extending through the valve hole 42, and driving pressure chambers 34, 35 into which driving pressure for moving the spool 50 is introduced. The spool 50 is provided with a spool diameter-reduced portion 52 where the outer diameter is partially reduced. An annular gap-throttle 32 is formed between the spool diameter-constricted portion 52 and the valve hole 42.       SOLUTION: The boat lifting apparatus comprises a crane boom 6 which is rotated about a vertical axis and is swung out from a deck 2, a swing device 8 which drives the crane boom 6, one wire rope 7 which is fed out of the front end of the crane boom 6 via a sheave 12, one winch 9 which winds the wire rope 7, and a rotary pivot 21 which supports the base end of the crane boom 6 rotatably. The rotary pivot 21 is arranged to extend down from a ceiling 31 extending over the deck 2, and the crane boom 6 is rotated to carry the onboard boat 4 hung by the wire rope 7 in and out of a mother ship 1.

The expansion guide 40 suppresses the oscillation of the torpedo 2.
