SOLUTION: This antibody whose 295-amino acid in the EU index number of Kabat is replaced with a cysteine residue comprises (1) a mutein antibody whose amino acids at specific positions are replaced by other amino acids, and/or (2) an antibody in which the fucose molecules of sugar chains bound to the antibody are reduced.
