    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing non-invasive arteriosclerosis, such as the specifying of a specific atherosclerosis(atheromatosis)-existing site, the monitoring of a therapeutic effect. SOLUTION: In light of the constituents of arteriosclerosis atheromatosis, whether an oxidized LDL/β 2 GPI complex antibody specifically binds to the arteriosclerosis atheromatosis in vivo, and whether the lesion can specifically be detected from the outside of a body has been examined. Namely, the nest of the arteriosclerosis, especially an antibody capable of being applied to the imaging of the existing position of arteriosclerosis atheromatosis and the size thereof, has been specified, and the specificity has been analyzed. Consequently, it has been found that an oxidized LDL/β 2 GPI complex antibody labeled product having specificity to a specific epitope, among the oxidized LDL/β 2 GPI complex antibodies capable of imminostaining arteriosclerotic sections is effective for the specific imaging of the existing site of atherosclerosis.
