    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for finding out an optical flow and to improve accuracy by acquiring the moving image of a road, generating a three- dimensional(3D) model, extracting information to be required in displaying a 3D moving image from the generated 3D model, transmitting the extracted information, and displaying the transmitted information on a remote image processor. SOLUTION: A 3D model information acquiring device 2 comprises a frame memory 21, an optical flow generation part 22, a depth information calculation part 23, and a 3D model generation part 24. In the device 2, the generation part 22 executes optical flow generation processing for generating the optical flow of each frame or plural frames of a moving image. The calculation part 23 executes depth information calculation processing for calculating depth information based on the optical flow generated by the generation part 22 and the generation part 24 executes 3D model generation processing for a road based on the optical flow and the depth information.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate bending moment generated due to deflection of a building material such as a beam and a slab so as to reduce a load of a vertical member such as a column material and a wall material supporting the building material. SOLUTION: The building material 1 is formed into a slightly curving shape curving in the opposite direction to the direction of deflection due to its own weight, a carrying load and the like, and inside the building material 1, a tension beam material 2 is arranged along the curving direction so that tension T by prestress is applied to the inside of the building material 1. In formation of the building material 1, tension directional moment caused by its own deflecting deformation and directed to the outside is balanced with compression directional moment caused by the introduced prestress and directed inward so that both of the moment are canceled mutually, and consequently, resultant moment of the building material 1 itself becomes zero approximately maximally. The building material 1 includes a hanging beam structural body, in which a horizontal beam material is hung up by means of a vertical hanging beam material. The tension beam material 2 is used as the horizontal beam material at the same time. The building material 1 is formed of concrete, a steel frame, or wooden structure used for a roof structure, a floor structure a bridge structure, and a dam structure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic working system in which a machine itself and a device itself can understand and judge similarly to human being, so as to operate the machine and the device based thereon and recognize a process and a result therein. SOLUTION: This automatic working system 11 is constituted of an input device 12, a virtual model database 13, a virtual model converter 14, a virtual model reconstitution device 15, a virtual model processor 16, and a controller 17 or display 57. The virtual model converter 14 recognizes information about a plurality of objects acquired from the input device 12, and specified a corresponding virtual model from the virtual model database 13 to be converted. The virtual model reconstitution device 15 reconstitutes the objects and a relation therebetween into the corresponding virtual models and a relation therebetween in a virtual space. The virtual model processor 16 understands and judges the virtual models and the relation therebetween, based on reconstituted virtual models and the relation therebetween, and commands the controller 17 or the display 57. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly conduct processing for, e.g. transmission and recording by reducing a transmission quantity of a picture and other object information for its transmission and reception. SOLUTION: This information conversion system has an information code converter 10 that converts object picture information acquired from an object into an information code having been registered in advance in cross-reference with this object and transmits/outputs the information code in combination with an arrangement code. A reproduction converter to receive and acquire the information code converts the information code into reproduced picture information of the object having been registered in advance in cross-reference with the information code and the arrangement code to arrange and reproduce the picture of the object. In this case, a component inventory database 14A of the information code converter 10 and a reproduction component inventory database of the reproduction converter generate, register, and store object data and reproduction object data in advance which are made correspondent to various objects respectively, and a correlation function arithmetic means 14 for component retrieval converts object information into information code, and a component arrangement processing means converts the information code and the arrangement code into reproduction object information to reproduce the object picture.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a highly precise and inexpensive LPS mobile object position- measuring system in which the physical constraint of a device for position measurement can be reduced, and maintaining performance can be increased, and any political constraint can be prevented. SOLUTION: One or more ground base stations A1, A2, A3,... are allowed to transmit radio waves for position specification. Also, one or more relay mobile stations B1, B2, B3,... are allowed to detect and recognize their own positions from the radio waves for position specification. Then, the radio waves for position specification from one or more relay mobile stations B1, B2, B3,... whose own positions are detected and recognized and the radio waves for position specification from one or more ground base stations A1, A2, A3,... are received, and the relative phase difference of a mobile object M, for example, a time difference is detected so that the present position information of the mobile object M can be obtained. In this case, each relay mobile station B1, B2, B3,... is defined as an airplane, ship, automobile, or mobile using object which is respectively equipped with a receiver R, position computer P, and transmitter T, and provided with a function for automatically correcting a position and a time for transmitting a delay time based on time data to the mobile object M.
