    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-row lifting and lowering parking device excellent in smoothness of warehousing and leaving, simple in a mechanism, inexpensive in a cost, small in trouble and capable of lowering an entire height without any useless space such as an entresol and increasing a parking number in constant height thereby. SOLUTION: This three-row lifting and lowering parking device comprises three lifting and lowering parking devices of this side A vertically arranged in the vertical direction, a center B and the interior side C. Each lifting and lowering parking device is provided with a main lift 3 and a parking shelf 4, and a pallet is laterally fed in the width direction to be delivered. In addition, the whole face of this side A is a front space 10, and the lower part of the main lift of the center B is a warehousing and leaving space 9 in a one-floor part. A pallet lateral feeding device 17 is provided in the warehousing and leaving space 9, and auxiliary lifts 13 are provided on both the ends of the warehousing and leaving space 9 of the center B. The auxiliary lift 13 is provided with a vertical feed rail 16a and a vertical feed carriage 20 mounted thereon. In addition, in a second floor part, a vertical feed rail 16b for guiding the vertical moving of the vertical carriage by sandwiching a lifting and lowering passage, and a carriage vertical feed device for moving the vertical feed carriage in the vertical direction are provided.

In the lifting-lowering type parking device with the auxiliary lift, a car-body direction changer 1 conducting the turning and lateral movement of the pallets 9, on which the automobiles 30 are placed, is mounted to the driving-in section 31.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double tandem lift type parking device which is excellent in economy and in which a smoothly operating body direction change device is installed on a lift. SOLUTION: A double tandem lift type parking device comprises two units of devices: a front side A device and a rear side B device disposed in longitudinal direction. Each lift type parking device comprises a front lift 3A which incorporates a pallet transverse feed device 7 and lifts up to a second floor inside a front side A hoistway, a rear lift 3 which incorporates a pallet transverse feed device 7 and lifts up to a first floor inside the rear side A hoistway, and a parking rack 4 formed in multiple stages across this hoistway of three stories or higher. A car loaded on a pallet is fed transversely in lateral direction to deliver it between the front side or rear side lift 3A or 3B and the parking rack 4. In a first story portion, the entire surface of the front side A is formed in a full space 10, and a rear side lift lowering position is formed in an input/ output space 9. The input/output are carried out in vertical direction through the full space 10. In a second story portion, a pallet longitudinal feed device is disposed on both front and rear sides A and B located on both sides across the hoistway.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce wastefulness in power consumption by informing the operator of the rotating direction which can not be in effect and also the cage number which is incapable of calling, and decreasing the drive frequency of an auxiliary drive device in association with misoperation of the operator.
