CONSTITUTION:A cleaning apparatus is provided with a cleaning container 2 in which articles 1 to be cleaned are put and the inside of which can be kept vacuum, a vacuum- evacuating means 3 to make the cleaning container 2 vacuum, a cleaning liquid circulating and supplying means 4 to supply a cleaning liquid to the cleaning container 2 and at the same time to recover the cleaning liquid from the cleaning container 2 and supply it again, and a circulating fan 20 to forcibly circulate the ambient gas in the cleaning container 2. The staining components adhering to the articles 1 to be cleaned are washed out and dissolved and thus the articles are cleaned by spraying the cleaning liquid to the articles 1 to be cleaned through a cleaning nozzle 5 and the remaining cleaning liquid adhering to the articles 1 to be cleaned are quickly evaporated and vacuum drying is carried out by making the cleaning container 2 vacuum after the cleaning.

    • PURPOSE:To exactly measure a heat transmission quantity by using a standard heat conducting plate which is formed by winding densely a sheet-like heat insulating material in a spiral shape and whose superconducting rate in the diameter direction is smaller than a superconducting rate in the thickness direction. CONSTITUTION:From the temperature difference of temperature measurement gas and its flow rate, a heat receiving quantity, namely, a heat transmission quantity Q transmitted through a sample S is derived, and from its heat transmission quantity, temperature theta1, theta2 of both the upper and the lower faces of the sample S and a thickness dimension (t) of the sample S, a superconducting rate lambda at the temperature of the sample S is derived by using an equation of lambda=Q, t/A(theta1-theta2). Also, the temperature of both the upper and the lower faces of a standard heat conducting plate 24 is also measured, and from those values and the heat transmission quantity Q, the superconducting rate of this standard heat transmission plate 24 is derived, and by comparing its value with a known superconducting rate, the result of measurement is verified, and also, it is corrected in accordance with necessity.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the tilting movement and straight movement of a gun barrel in a turning action to realize the simplification of mechanism, by setting parallel a gun barrel fixing lever and a limiting lever through a link mechanism from before to after the operation of a stopper during turning of a tilting movement axis. CONSTITUTION:The mud gun turns its gun barrel 1 maintaining it horizontally over about 140 deg. from a sheter position, and thereafter, commences its tilting movement. When gun barrel 1 reaches a certain position, limiting lever 13 touches straight movement stopper 19. When gun barrel 1 further continues to turn, the movement of lever 13 is restricted by stopper 19, so that the shape of a link is deformed to a shape more nearly rectangular against the force of spring 17. Angle J between tilting motion axis 4 and the central axis of gun barrel 1 goes near a right angle, and further increases with the turning of gun barrel 1, but the increase is cancelled by the change in shape of the link, gun barrel 1 moving always straight toward a tap hole.
