摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter structure for a shield drilling machine with a bit having a longer life by preventing the wear of the backs of positively and revesely running bits. SOLUTION: When a cuter rotor 9 is driven to a positively running direction A, a positively running bit 20 provided on an oscillator 13 cuts a facing 21 and the oscillator 13 subjected to its reaction is inclined backward in a seesaw manner so that a reveresely running bit 22 is separated from the facing 21. When the cutter rotor 9 is in turn driven to a reversely running direction B, a reversely running bit 22 provided on the oscillator 13 cuts the facing 21 and the oscillator subjected to its reaction is inclined to the opposite direction in a seesaw manner so that the positively running bit 20 is separated from the facing 21. In this way, the wear of the backs of the bits 20, 22 is prevented and the life of the bits 20, 22 are extended. The oscillator 13 is automatically inclined by the erection of the bits 20, 22 from the facing 21, thus to basically require on special actuator.

SOLUTION: During the execution, a projected part 50c of a positioning member 50 is inserted in a clearance 47 between loading blocks 45, 46, so that a projected part 50a abuts on an upper surface of projected parts 34a, 35a of a holder 32, a tightening piece 60 is inserted in a through hole 46a of the block 46, and screwed in a screw hole 50d in the manner 50 to fix a roller bit 30 to a roller bit support part 40. In a case of the overbreak for executing a curved part, the tightening piece 60 is detached, the bit 30 is moved inwardly together with the member 50, and the bit 30 is moved inside an excavator and drawn from the support part 40. After an expansion space of the bit 30 is formed through the ground aside the excavator, the bit 30 is moved outside from the inside of the excavator through the clearance 47, 48, and fixed to the block 45 by the tightening piece 60. The tightening piece can be prevented from being damaged, and the roller bit can be easily exchanged from the inside.

The rotary cutters are axially shifted from one another while overlapped with each other. The partition panels 24 are provided with sediment flow inflow preventing members 26 for blocking the sediment flowing into the sediment chamber 20 through gaps between the front and rear surfaces 14, 17 of the cutters 2a, 2b, 2c, the members 26 being formed along the partition panels 24.

摘要： PURPOSE: To form no projection on the outer peripheral face of a skin plate by providing a back-filling material passage and a coagulant passage in parallel in the skin plate, and opening the outlet sections of the passages adjacently to the rear end section of the skin plate. CONSTITUTION: Injection ports 39 of check valves 26 injecting a back-filling material and a coagulant are adjacently provided to face a tail void section 42, and the back-filling material and the coagulant from the injection ports 39 are mixed immediately after they are injected to the tail void section 42. When a back-filling material passage 4 is clogged, the passage is switched in sequence, and a couple of a coagulant passage 5 and the back-filling material passage 4 are invariably used. When all back-filling material passages 4 are clogged, another injection unit is used for similar actions. The check valve 26 opened by the prescribed pressure or above is provided at a large-diameter section 27, and the coagulant injected from an outlet section is prevented from flowing back and infiltrating into the unused back-filling material passage 4. When the unused back-filling material passage 4 is newly used, the solidification reaction in the passage 4 can be prevented.

Plural bit columns 20 formed with the main bits 14 and the sub-bits 17 along the radial direction are radially provided from the rotation center of the cutter rotor 10 and the sub-bits 17 of the bit columns 20 adjacent thereto are located on the same radius of the main bits 14 of the bit columns 20. In this way, the mounting numbers of bits 14, 17 is almost doubled than usual and the same number of lines to be drilled as the number of the bit columns 20 is obtained, thereby to reduce the burden of the bits 14, 17, make a slow wearing speed and promote the longer life of the bits 14, 17.

Then, the positively running bit 16 is worn to a level similar to that of the reversely running bit 18 and the cutter 6 is reversely rotated B to drill the facing 5 so that the reversely running bit 18 left not to be worn at its back in turn drills the facing 5 to thereby avoid useless wear of the bits 16 18 and extend the total life of the bits 16, 18.
