    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a main valve from being fixed to a main valve seat by forcibly opening the main valve in a cold region while lightly performing flow control operation by changing the opening of the main valve with the operation of a pilot valve. SOLUTION: This pilot flow control valve device comprises the main valve 16, a back pressure chamber 24, an introduction small hole 26, a pilot water passage 28, the pilot valve 30, and a drive shaft 42. The flow of a main water passage is controlled by advancing and retreating the main valve 16 according to the advancing and retreating motions of the pilot valve 30.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of splashes by a method wherein when a closet is used water is discharged to a water reservoir part, it is agitated, ultrasonic vibration is applied on the surface of reservoir waters, or compressed air is spraid, so as to cause the surface of reservoir water to be troubled. SOLUTION: A water suction pipe 10 is branched and a nozzle 3 opened to a position above a water reservoir part S and improving the troubling effect of discharge water is mounted on the terminal of a discharge pipe 2 connected thereto through a discharge control part 1. A discharge water control part 1 is provided with a controller to control a solenoid valve SV arranged in a connection part between a suction water branch pipe 11 and a discharge pipe 2, and a human body sensor. When a user approaches a closet U, the solenoid valve SV is opened by a human body detecting signal from a human body detecting sensor, and washing water is discharged to a reservoir water surface (f) through a discharge pipe 3. Instead of the above, the surface of the water reservoir part 3 may be troubled by an agitating tool arranged in a closet basin. This constitution troubles the reservoir water part surface (f) during use and prevents splashing back of splashes from the water reservoir part 3.

Consequently, a conventional stopper cylinder can be omitted, thus in a condition that a lever shaft 28 is mounted previously on the rotary shaft 29, this rotary shaft can be mounted in the mounting hole 45, and not only work of inserting a pin 14 can be simplified but also simplifying and automatizing work of assembling part total unit can be performed.
