    • PURPOSE: To provide a ventilation opening device for house by which a block plate is moved smoothly during a fire and a ventilation opening is securely blocked without the block plate incrusted to a main frame with rust. CONSTITUTION: A block board 11 which is slidingly-moved by energization of a pulling spring 15 is engaged to a main body frame 1 which is fixed on a building. Air holes 7,..., 12,... which are coinside with each other during ventilation are arranged in a row at an equal interval to the sliding moving direction of the block plate 11, on each of the block plate 11 and a ventilation board part 3 of the main body frame 1 which is overlapped outside the block board 11. A projecting part 13 which is slidingly-contact with the ventilation board part 3 is provided between the air holes 7, 7 of the block plate 11, and a heat melting regulation piece 17 for regulating energization of the pulling spring 15 is erected between the main body frame 1 and the block plate 11.

    • PURPOSE: To protect a porous board from being damaged by engaging the lower end of a porous board with a first recessed groove under the edge of a ventilating opening so as to mount the porous board and instal ling a second recessed groove, which penetrates through the first recessed groove and the surface of foundation concrete, to a proper place in the longitudinal direction of the first recessed groove. CONSTITUTION: A first recessed groove 8 is installed to the front side of the top 4a of a horizontal frame component material 4 of a main component material 1A and 1B which constitute a main frame 1 made of a weatherable resin while a second recessed groove 9 is installed to a proper spot along the longitudinal direction of the first recessed groove 8 equally spaced. A plurality of vent holes 18 are installed, thereby forming a porous board 2. The porous board 2 is engaged with an engagement groove 11 of the main component material 1A and the first recessed groove 8 while it is engaged with the engagement groove 11 of the main component material 1B and the first recessed groove 8. The component materials IA and IB are combined, thereby forming an under floor ventilating opening A. Therefore, the first recessed groove 8 is communicated with a water drip piece 10 on the front of the horizontal frame component piece 4 by way of the second recessed groove 9 where drain water is effectively discharged, which makes it possible to protect the porous board 2 from being damaged.
