摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade for an automobile improved in performance in a wiper, when cleaning glass. SOLUTION: This wiper blade is composed of a secondary lever 200 forming a level rivetting hole 210, an adapter 300 including a guide rib 310 formed in the longitudinal direction, an engaging projection 320 formed in the rear of this guide rib 310 and an adapter rivetting hole 330, and a primary cover 100 including a guide groove for inserting the guide rib 310 and a lock hole for engaging with the engaging projection 320, and a hinge member 220 is mounted for penetrating through the lever rivetting hole 210 and the adapter rivetting hole 330. Both side surfaces are formed between the secondary lever 200 and the adapter 300 to have a gradient, and a spacer 400 is inserted so that the hinge member 220 penetrates through both side surfaces. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat belt pre-tensioner which reduces cost by a motor gear type pre-tensioner able to be used semipermanently and especially makes impact received by passenger minimum by motor torque control, and passenger protecting method using this.SOLUTION: The vehicle seat pre-tensioner, which is composed by a motor operated on the basis of a control signal of seat belt controller, a reduction gear transmitting motor rotating power and rotary roll which rotates by receiving a rotating power of the reduction gear and is joined to one end of the seat belt, wherein: when impact signal is detected, the motor operates and generates torque on the basis of the control signal of the seat belt controller; when maximum load is applied to the seat belt, the motor generates maximum torque for preventing the seat belt from being released; and after the passenger has been bound, a torque of motor 51 is reduced so that a load limiter may be operated.
