It also comprises a condenser lens 53 to which light emitted from the light source 80a enters and which condenses the light on the test paper 107, and an optical path block 26. The optical path block 26 is provided with a stop part 66 in between the condenser lens 53 and the light source 80a, at the position of a subject on the condenser lens 53. The light receiving element 44 detects light quantity reflected by blood spread on the test paper 107, of the light emitted from the light source 80a.

The PTC thermistor 70 is positioned and housed in the housing hole 51 and is made into a structure such that both the electrode surfaces 70a, 70b are sandwiched by the terminal 80 and the heating plate 60. The PTC thermistor 70 can be positioned without the use of other components.

As for the movement conversion members 20A, 20B, because they are arranged between the base member 60 and a cover 80 to cover this, they are accurately positioned in the height direction.
