In turn, when the operating button 62 is inserted into the parking brake device against the biasing force of the first biasing means 67 under a state in which the operating lever 30 is raised up to a location more than the operating position and the engagement between the pole 52 and the ratchet 51 is once released, the connecting member 70 moves integrally together with the operating button 62 under the biasing force of the second biasing means 72 and the engagement between the pole 52 and the ratchet 51 is released.
