    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sealer application technology capable of rationalizing sealer consumption and reducing man-hours.SOLUTION: A pressure change type sealer gun 50 is positioned based on gap data as indicated in Fig.(a). When the size of gap 14 is less than a predetermined value, a low-pressure sealer 86 is discharged to a corner part 87 as shown in Fig.(b). Since the gap 14 is small, the sealer 86 is not required to enter the gap 14. There is no worry that the sealer 86 exceeds the upper surface of a first plate material 11 due to low-pressure. Since the sealer 86 is not required to be wiped, it is possible to reduce man-hours. When the size of the gap 14 is more than the predetermined value, a high-pressure sealer 86 is discharged to the corner part 87 as indicated in Fig.(c). The sealer 86 enters into the gap 14 due to high-pressure. Since the gap 14 is large enough, there is no worry that the sealer 86 exceeds the upper surface of the first plate material 11.
