摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for removing a metallic thin film by which a metallic thin film can efficiently be removed in a non-contact state without using chemical liquids of strong acid and strong alkali, and without requiring precise control.
SOLUTION: A removal apparatus for a metallic thin film composed of a nozzle electrode 11 injecting an electrolytic solution 16, an auxiliary electrode 12 dipped into the electrolytic solution 16, and a d.c. voltage power source 13 applying d.c. voltage so that the nozzle electrode 11 is made negative, and the auxiliary voltage 12 is made positive is used, and in a state where d.c. voltage is applied so that the auxiliary electrode 12 is made positive, and the nozzle electrode 11 is made negative, the electrolytic solution 16 is injected from the nozzle electrode 11 toward a metallic thin film 14a on the surface of an insulator 14 dipped into the electrolytic solution 16 to remove the metallic thin film 14a. The metallic thin film can efficiently be removed in a non-contact state for preventing the damage of the insulator without using chemical liquids of strong acid and strong alkali, and without requiring precise control, so that the recycling of an expensive functional glass substrate used in a semiconductor field is made possible.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort a mixture of conductive material pieces and plastic material pieces with higher accuracy. SOLUTION: The subject apparatus is provided with an opposed electrode plate 4 slanted in a direction different from a moving direction, a high voltage electric source 5 generating an electrostatic field in a sorting space 3 by applying high voltage on a belt electrode 2 and the opposite electrode plate 4, and a mixture supply device 6 supplying the mixture of aluminum pieces and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pieces to the upstream side of the belt electrode 2. Of the supplied mixture, the aluminum pieces are made to slip and drop to the lower portion in a slanted direction by bringing the aluminum pieces into contact with the belt electrode 2 to give them the same polarity as that of the belt electrode 2 for repulsion towards the belt electrode 2, and the PVC pieces are transferred to the downstream in the moving direction by making them be attracted to the belt electrode 2 by an image force owing to polarization, thereby the PVC pieces being separated from conductive material pieces. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic separator which is reduced in occupancy volume, low in cost, can obtain a sufficient contact area and attains an electrostatic separation highly precisely.
SOLUTION: In the electrostatic separator, mixed plastic pieces of four kinds or more are electrified on an electrification part 1, thereafter, the plastic pieces are supplied to an electrostatic field between a rotation electrode and a counter electrode in a supply part 2 and one kind of the plastic pieces as the target is separated by the operation of the electrostatic field. The electrification part 1 is constituted by a transport hose 12 through which the plastic pieces are conveyed from a starting material vessel 11 to a supply tray 5 by a pneumatic pump 13 and protruded parts 12a are formed on the inner surface of the transport hose 12. When the kind of the plastic pieces as the separation target is on the intermediate position in the electrification rank, at least the inner surface of the transport hose 12 and the surface of the protruded and recessed parts are covered with a plastic of the same quality with the kind of the plastic pieces as the separation target. On the other hand, when the kind of the plastic pieces as the separation target is on the end part position in the electrification rank, at least the inner surface of the transport hose 12, and the surface of the protruded and recessed parts are covered with a plastic of the same quality with plastic pieces of the kind adjustment to the same plastic in the electrification rank.

SOLUTION: A vibration sorter comprises a vibrating electrode 5 slanted at a prescribed angle θ, a counter electrode 12 arranged above the electrode 5 through a separation space 7, a mixture inlet 15 for supplying the mixture of the plastic particles and the conductive material particles to the middle part of the electrode 5, a high voltage power source 10 for forming a static electric field in the separation space by applying a high voltage between the electrode 5 and the counter electrode 12 so that the polarity of the electrode 5 is reverse to that of the electrified plastic particles, and a vibrator 6 for vibrating the electrode 5 to convey the mixture in the separation direction different from the inclination direction. The fine plastic particles are conveyed in the separation direction R along the vibrating conveyance direction by being sucked to the electrode 5, and the fine metal particles are dropped in the conductive material separation direction Q along the lower part in the inclination direction.
