    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control system for a vehicle, capable of precisely calculating battery conditions even if a switch is in an open state, for improved reliability.
      SOLUTION: The battery control system (11) for the vehicle includes battery modules (6 and 8) in which a plurality of unit cells (BC) are connected in series, cell controllers (12 and 13) for detecting voltages of the plurality of unit cells (BC), an inverter device (3) connected to the battery modules (6 and 8) through switches (4 and 9), a voltage sensor (10) for detecting a total voltage of the battery modules (6 and 8) between the switch and the inverter device, and a battery control unit (1) which calculates the battery conditions of the battery modules (6 and 8) based on the total voltage detected with the voltage sensor (10). The battery control unit (1) calculates input/output possibility information based on the sum of voltages of the plurality of unit cells (BC) detected with the cell controllers (12 and 13), instead of the total voltage, when the switch is in open state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measuring device capable of determining the abnormality in a multiplexer without a diagnosing circuit.SOLUTION: A voltage measuring device 1100 comprises: a multiplexer 1200 having a plurality of input terminals IN1 to IN8 to which voltage signals are input and input switching terminals A to C; and a micro computer 1300 which selects any one of the plurality of input terminals IN1 to IN8 by controlling the multiplexer 1200, obtains the voltage signal of the selected input terminal from the multiplexer 1200 to measure a voltage, and performs abnormality determination based on the measured voltage value. The micro computer 1300 measures the voltage of the input terminals IN1 to IN8 when measuring the voltage of a plurality of thermistors 1101, and performs the abnormality determination based on the measured voltage value.

      SOLUTION: The battery control device includes a decision means. The decision means individually counts the numbers of times of generation of the following interrupt signals by a counting means: a first interrupt signal for causing interrupt processing through a first communication means (LIN); and a second interrupt signal for causing interrupt processing through a second communication means (CAN). Thereafter, the decision means calculates the sum of the number of times of generation of the first interrupt signal (907) and the number of times of generation of the second interrupt signal (904) counted by the counting means in a predetermined time (909). It compares the sum with a preset predetermined total number of times of interruption (910) and when they agree with each other, it determines that a second control device is normally operating (911).
