      SOLUTION: On a table 1 on which the printing original plate W is placed, a conveying in and out means 10 of the printing original plate W and a positioning apparatus for positioning the placed original plate W are provided. A friction decreasing component 4 for preventing vacuum attraction by decreasing the friction between the printing original plate and the table surface is arranged on the table surface to make movement of the printing original plate easy.
