Weight content of the transparent conductive particles in the solid content of the coating composition is 80-90 wt%, the resin contains resin A and resin B, the resin A has a glass transition pont of 20-100°C, the resin B has a glass transition pont of 100°C or higher, and the weight ratio (A/B) of the resin A and resin B is 0.2-0.9.
