    • PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-element radiation detector using a digital X-ray image device with a higher detection efficiency and an improved S/N ratio of an reproduction image by providing a separation plate which has a sophisticated performance with high reproducibility and uniform light reflection factor of a surface to upgrade a X-ray space utilization efficiency and a light transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Material of a separation plate to separate adjacent elements employs a thin Mo plate material 1a, an organopolysiloxane thin film 16 is provided on the surface thereof as obtained by hydrolysis and condensation of organosilicate such as CH3Si (OCH3)3 and the surface thereof is mirror finished smooth to provide an increased reflection multilayer optical thin film 1c formed from a combination of Al, MgF2 and TiO2. In this manner, with the use of the Mo thin Plate for the material of the separation plate, the X-ray space utilization efficiency can be improved to upgrade the light reflection factor of the surface to 85% or more and the absorption of light is reduced on the surface of the separation plate thereby improving the S/N ratio of a reproduction image with higher transmission efficiency and higher detection efficiency of light.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a small type X-ray CT apparatus which obtains an X-ray CT image with a high resolving power at a high speed by deflecting a fixed electron beam reduced finely on an anode target to scan within a plane flushing the anode target for generating circular arc X-rays. CONSTITUTION:An anode target 6 for generating X-rays and a detector 8 are arranged as opposed in a circular arc on nearly the same plane. An electron beam 2 leaving an electron gun 1 is introduced into a deflector 9 through a lens system 3 to be deflected to a circular arc orbit with a uniform magnetic field 10 formed with the deflector and an opposite magnetic field is applied at a desired position to guide the beam to the anode target 6. The electron beam 2 performs a canning at a high speed on the anode target 6 so that the position of generating X-rays is moved to obtain a tomographic image. The electron beam is deflected in a circular arc within a plane almost flushing the anode target for generating X-rays while a fixed small electron beam diameter can be obtained on the anode target. This can provide a small X-ray CT apparatus which can obtain a fast X-ray CT image with a high resolving power.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a X-ray pickup device having good operability and high resolution by selecting a diameter of the maximum input visual field of a X-ray fluorescent multiplier tube, a diameter of an output image, and a ratio of both the diameters from a specific value range respectively. CONSTITUTION:High resolution of a X-ray I I is needed for improving resolution of a X-ray pickup device, and the resolution of the whole X-ray I I can be bettered when a diameter of an output image of an output fluorescent screen of the X-ray I I is selected to 50-60mm. An image on an input fluorescent screen is reductionally imaged on the output fluorescent screen in the X-ray I I, consequently a ratio of both has a great influence on the resolution. A diameter of the maximum inlet visual field, nearly equal to an aperture dimension of the X-ray I I, is made the X-ray I I for actual time digital radiography, 10-18in., and a reduction rate M of 5-7 times is selected. A dimension in a depth direction is limited to 700-800mm when the X-ray I I and a distributor are connected, enabling the X-ray pickup device to be mounted on a former TV camera. This constitution can obtain the X-ray pickup device having good operability and high resolution.
