    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-speed recording and high-density recording regarding an information recording medium, an information recording method, and an information recording device in which the information is recorded and reproduced utilizing a light beam. SOLUTION: Voltage is applied to a recording layer sandwiched between a pair of transparent or translucent electrodes. The layer is arranged in which absorption or reflectance spectrum changes with applied voltage as the recording layer itself or other layer adjacent to the recording layer with a state where transmittance is high to the light beam for the recording or reproducing. The end of the transparent or translucent electrode is concentrically arranged at an inner circumference portion of the disc as the recording medium. This electrode is connected to the electrode on the surface of a substrate and the voltage is applied via the disc press or its neighborhood having the electrode corresponding to this. A group of slip rings are used which can move a brush from an immovable part to a movable part of a drive device. When multibeam parallel recording is performed, speeding up is made possible.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for easily applying voltage to a prescribed layer of an (super multilayered) optical disk attaining high speed recording and high density recording and having a plurality of recording films to make a large current flow without providing a complicated mechanism. A conductive part for voltage transmission is provided on a side surface in contact with a rotary shaft of the electrostrictive revolving element. The electrostrictive revolving element has high durability since the electrostrictive revolving element itself is not rotated although influence of wear and deterioration by sliding or rolling is concerned about in a slip ring or ball bearing to be a conventional voltage applying component. The apparatus can be made thin as compared with conventional one since it is necessary just to provide conductive parts whose number is the same as the the layers on the side surface in contact with the rotary shaft when selection of a number of layers is required.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence measurement method and a fluorescence measurement apparatus capable of separating and detecting a plurality of types of samples in a mm-order migration path length. SOLUTION: Samples 1-1 to 1-N are distributed over the entire detection region of a cataphoresis path 2 that is filled with a migration media, and is made to undergo cataphoresis at a specific velocity V by a power supply 3 and electrodes 4 and 5 in contact with the migration media. A detection region is illuminated with excitation light 6 whose intensity changes at a period (p) in the migration direction of the sample, fluorescence that is generated from the sample due to excitation light is detected by a detector 7, fluctuation δi (t) in the output current of the detector 7 is analyzed by a spectrum analyzer 8, and the obtained spectrum is displayed, thus preventing the influence of bandwidth in a sample that is injected to a sample injection end of the cataphoresis path.
