    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste which is used for electrode wiring having high water resistance and humidity resistance and having high reliability.SOLUTION: In a conductive paste, a plurality of particles 4 formed of aluminum and/or an alloy including aluminum, and a powder comprising an oxide 5 are dispersed in a binder resin dissolved in a solvent. The oxide 5 has a glass phase 5a, and contains vanadium having a valence of 4 or less. The powder is contained in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the particles 4. The particles 4 comprise a particle group having a volume percentage of about 95% in a particle diameter range of 0.5 μm and more and less than 1.5 μm, and a particle group having a volume percentage of about 95% in a particle diameter range of 1.5 μm and more and less than 8 μm. The vanadium having a valence of 4 or less is contained in an amount of 60% or more by atom number. The oxide 5 contains at least one of copper (Cu) and boron (B).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide copper based electrode, electrode paste, an electronic component using it which are lower in cost than a silver electrode, and likewise the silver electrode, which can calcine in oxidation atmosphere such as atmosphere; and provide an electrode, electrode paste and an electronic component using it which can calcine at low temperature in an inactive gas atmosphere such as nitrogen.
      SOLUTION: The present invention characterizes that it is an electrode at least comprised of metal particles and oxide phase. The metal particle contains copper and aluminum, and the oxide phase contains phosphorus. Preferably, the oxide phase exists in grain boundary of the metal particles as phosphate glass phase. Preferably, the metal particles are 75 to 95 vol.%, and the oxide phase is 5 to 25 vol.%. A preferable composition range of copper and aluminum in the metal particles is 80 wt.% or more and 3 wt.% or more in calcination of oxidized atmosphere, and 97 wt.% or more and 3 wt.% or less in calcination of inactive gas atmosphere.
