More concretely, devices as candidates to which users should be guided are grouped and managed, and a guidance condition (for example, the number of users) for each of the devices is recorded, and devices to which users should be guided are specified in consideration of guidance conditions. In this case, the invention includes device grouping based on movement distances and times.

    • PURPOSE:To surely generate and register format data without being conscious of whether or not the confirmation of an operator is obtained by providing a confirmation flag in an area having the file information of a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:The area of the information 126 of a trial print confirmation flag is provided at every flag unit. Firstly, the format data is generated by using the keyboard 9 of a terminal 7 and a display device 8, and is stored in the recording medium 10. Next, it is read out from the medium 10 by a terminal controller 1, and the format data and print indication are transmitted to a printer 3 by indicating a file name, then, trial print is performed. The operator judges the necessity of the correction of the format data based on a print result, and inputs a message requiring nor correction from a keyboard 5 to an OK-ed file. The controller 1 turns ON the flag 126 of the file. The same processing is applied on the file not OK-ed after correction. When a registration processing is indicated by the keyboard 5 after the trial print of all of the files, the controller 1 searches a directory part 12, and registers the file whose flag is turned ON on a storage device 6.

CONSTITUTION:It is supposed that keys 11-13 are depressed under a state misrecognizing an alphanumeric shift state as a 'KANA' (Japanese syllabary) shift state and VQA is displayed on a display device 2. In case of correcting the misinput, a cursor is set up on a position V for starting correction at first and then a 'KANA' shift key 7 is depressed. Then, the cursor is moved up to the final character A to be corrected and a correction range is informed to a control device 1 by a function key. The device 1 retrieves an input code 10 for the displayed data from a table 9 to obtain the information of key numbers, extracts a code corresponding to the changed shift out of key numbers from the table 9 and redisplayes the extracted code on the device 2. The display shows corrected contents 'HITACHI'. Thereby, the reinput of the keys 11-13 can be omitted after depressing the key 7.
