摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for easily deriving a strategy from customer data, for guiding a customer into a customer segment of higher customer lifelong values. SOLUTION: The customer data are segmented on the basis of attribute and transaction actual results, a probability model representing a transition relation between segments on the basis of the segmentation results, and the probability model is used to calculate a customer lifetime value in each segment. Furthermore, realization probability of transition to the segment is calculated in each customer to guide the customer into a segment with a higher customer lifelong values, on the basis of the segmentation results, the probability mode and the calculated customer lifelong value, and merchandise to be sold is extracted from the customer data in each customer for realizing the transition.
