The other reflecting member is irradiated with the illuminating light with which one of the reflecting member is irradiated and the illuminating light is reflected again, which are repeated to illuminate the footboard with reflected light. In addition to the illuminating light with which the footboard is irradiated through a light guide, the reflected light reflected by the reflecting member is synthesized with the illuminating light, so that even the footboard away from a light source can secure sufficient illumination.
