When stopping the vehicle, if the discharge temperature of the compressor becomes higher than a first set value, the number of revolutions of a fan 6 outside the cabin is increased, and if the discharge temperature of the compressor becomes even higher than a second set value, the number of revolutions of an electric motor for driving a compressor 1 is decreased by means of instructions from a compressor control apparatus 18.

      SOLUTION: The inverter for the electric air conditioner, a fan motor for forcibly cooling the inverter for the electric air conditioner, and an electric compressor which is driven by the inverter for the electric air conditioner to compress a refrigerant are disposed in the outside air intake direction in an engine room.
