Consequently, plural PLAs having any internal logic can be inspected, so the inspection time is shortened and the inspecting process is simplified.

Since an output level of the comparator 5 is changed into a high level or a low level depending on whether or not the output Vo of the DAC 2 is within upper and lower limit threshold values (±α), the computer 1 can diagnose whether or not the DAC 2 is normal by using the fed back output level of the comparator 5.
