    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an apparatus capable of measuring flowing behavior of a fluid in a porous material, establish a method of modeling a porous material allowing prediction of the flowing behavior with high precision in a short time and enable calculation of a flow resistance.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus is so constituted as to reduce the pressure of a die sandwiching a porous material, inject a fluid into the porous material from outside of the die and measure the flowing behavior, e.g. a flowing area, an arrival time or a flowing distance of a fluid, by visualization measurement using a die made of a transparent material or detection of an arrival of a fluid with a pressure sensor arranged on the surface of the die. As an analytical model, the porous material having a fine structure is modeled as a porous body consisting of two or more circular tubes, and a flow resistance of a porous body capable of reproducing the flowing behavior of the fluid in the porous material, measured by the apparatus, within a predetermined error range is determined.

The fixing force of the plate-like member is estimated from the averaged feature quantity using a correlation between a fixing force of the plate-like member and an averaged feature quantity.

It is configured to illustrate the following distributions side by side on a screen, that is, the obtained resin-density distribution of the porous body divided into the three-dimensional solid elements, and the resin-density distribution of the porous body before being pressurized with the mold.
