    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency stop device of an elevator capable of obtaining braking force suitable for a specification of the elevator by a simple structure and realizing stable braking.
      SOLUTION: This emergency stop device 10 is provided with a frame body 11 mounted on an elevating body and having upper frame 11a and lower frame 11b, a pair of braking elements 12 capable of being in sliding contact with a guide rail 6, and a pair of elastic bodies 13 for pressing the braking elements 12 on the guide rail 6. Attachable/detachable shims 16 are interposed between the upper frame 11a and the braking elements 12. The plurality of shims 16 having different height dimensions are provided. By replacing the shims 16, the height positions of the braking elements 12 are adjusted and deformation amount of the elastic bodies 13 are controlled, to obtain proper braking force. Attachable/detachable pedestals 17 are interposed between the elastic bodies 13 and the lower frame 11b. The plurality of pedestals 17 having different height dimensions are provided. By providing the prescribed pedestals 17 corresponding to the height dimensions of the shims 16, relative positions of the braking elements 12 and the elastic bodies 13 are made proper.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the affection of noise by setting an optical path length so that a laser becomes an OFF state when the light beam of an intermittent frequency from a semiconductor laser is reflected by an information disk and it becomes a return light beam to be returned to the laser to eliminate the affection of the returned light beam. SOLUTION: The laser light beam 2'a from a semiconductor laser 1 is reflected by an optical information disk 6 being on an optical path length L and one part of the light beam is reflected from a half mirror 16 to become a reflected light beam 9'c and the remaining of the beam becomes a return light beam 9'd to be returned to the laser 1. Here, when the intermittent frequency of the laser beam 2'a from the laser 1 and the ratio of an ON period with respect to one cycle are respectively defined as (f), (a), a time when the laser beam 2'a becomes an OFF is t1=a/f an the light beam emitted at this time returns to the laser 1 at t3=a/f+2L/c. Moreover, since the OFF of the laser continues till t4=1/f, the laser 1 becomes the OFF state when the return light 9'd is made incident on the laser 1. Thus, when the optical path length L satisfying such conditions is set, the laser 1 is not affected by the returned light beam substantially and this optical information processor is not affected by noise.

    • PURPOSE:To correct the irregularity of recording density due to the irregularity of a resistance value by measuring the resistance value of the heating element of a thermal head before recording. CONSTITUTION:Gradation correcting data is written in a correcting data memory part 6 corresponding to the resistance value of the heating element of a thermal head 8 measured by a resistance value measuring part 7. At the time of recording, a system controller 3 reads image data from an image memory 2 and the corresponding gradation correcting data from the correcting data memory part 6 and subjects said data to gradation conversion to transmit the same to a medium contrast control part 4. The medium contrast control part 4 receives the current supply time data corresponding to a gradation number from a current supply data memory part 5 and supplies a current to the thermal head 8 to perform recording. The irregularity of recording density due to the irregularity of a resistance value can be corrected. Further, the optimum correction is always performed even with respect to a change with time.
