    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating case for a refrigerator having a structure generating no hollow part in the inner side even when using an urethane foam resin and a vacuum heat insulating panel for a heat insulating barrier of the heat insulating case and capable of improving heat insulating performance.
      SOLUTION: In this heat insulating case of the refrigerator, a recessed part 15 on which a control base plate is mounted is placed on a central part in a vertical direction of a metal part (outer case) 10 in a back face outer side of the refrigerator, and a refrigerating chamber is arranged in a bottom part. On an inner face of the outer case 10, the vacuum heat insulating panel is not installed. This recessed part 15 is positioned within a projection plane to the product back face (metal part of the outer side of the product) of the refrigerating chamber or a vegetable chamber of which temperature is set higher than that of a freezing chamber, In addition, a vent hole 13 at the time of foam molding is formed on part of the outer case 10 or an inner case 11. In particular, when the vent hole 13 is formed on the outer case 10, the vent hole 13 is formed at a position where the vacuum heat insulating panel of the recessed part 15 is not installed. On the other hand, when the vent hole 13 is formed on the inner case 11 side, the vent hole 13 is formed at a position where the vacuum heat insulating panel of the recessed part 15 is installed.
