摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor with commutator in which a rotating strength (centrifugal strength) of a coil conductor in coil connections can be improved without increasing the manufacturing processes, and without increasing the costs.
SOLUTION: In the solving means for solving the problem, a coil connection portion 34e is formed at a standing portion 34d of a conductor portion 34b so that a coil conductor 32a can be incorporated from axial direction. By this formation, at the outer perimeter side of the coil connection portion 34e, an anti-slip-off portion 34f is formed integral with the conductor portion 34b in order to prevent slipping off toward centrifugal direction from the coil connection portion 34e of the coil conductor 32a. Thereby, with the solving means, a rotational strength (centrifugal strength) of the coil conductor 32a in the coil connection portion 34e can be improved without adding new materials as the anti-slip-off portion 34f and without increasing the work processes involved in the anti-slip-off portion 34f.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the positional accuracy of a field magnetic pole and a rectifying brush, irrespective of the error in mounting of the field magnetic pole, a yoke, a rear bracket, and a brush holder, by fixing the field magnetic pole with a projection being provided to project in axial direction at the brush holder. CONSTITUTION:A brush holder 3 is provided with a brush holder 3b and axial projections 3a. The projections 3a are arranged at regular intervals in radial direction so as to catch and fix a field magnetic pole 2, and they are provided at proper positions to the brush holder 3b so that the position of the rectifying brush 4 and the field magnetic pole 2 may be proper. The brush holder 3 is arranged in the specified position of the inside periphery of a yoke 11, and one end each of a field magnet 21 and an auxiliary pole 22 is caught between adjacent projections 3a. Moreover, the brush holder having a projection 3a and a ring-shaped magnetic holder 5 having a circular projection 5a are provided at the inside periphery of the yoke 11 so that it may catch the other end each of the field magnet 21 and the auxiliary pole 22. Hereby, the field magnetic pole and the rectifying brush are positioned accurately, irrespective of the assembling accuracy of each part.

CONSTITUTION:The recessed portion 5 of a one-way roller clutch 50 is formed by symmetrical wedge-shaped spaces 7a, 7b which get narrower in opposite directions and the outer peripheral surface 1a of a clutch inner. A roller 4 and a push spring 8 are disposed in the wedge-shaped spaces 7a and 7b, respectively, and the roller 4 is used in a clockwise roller clutch and the push spring 8 is reversed and used in a counterclockwise roller clutch. The recessed portion 5 has a protrusion at the boundary between the wedge-shaped spaces 7a, 7b while the interval L between the end 9a of the protrusion and the outer periphery 1a of the clutch inner 1 is smaller than the outside diameter (d) of the roller 4. Movement of the roller 4 is thereby regulated during an overrun so as to prevent the roller 4 from moving into the opposite side.

Moreover, the relation of a diameter D of an armature core 51A of the direct current shunt motor to a thickness L in the radial direction of a field winding 52 is L≈1/2(1±0.2)D.
