SOLUTION: A roof tile has a water-proof sheet A joined to the peripheral end 27 of a waterproof sheet B with a mold 13 at the same time in mounting a molding 19 to the back of the tile with air tightness. Therefore, the urethane foam molding 19 can be proof against water, the heat insulating performance of the roof tile can be held and the entry of water between the urethane foam molding 19 and a metal plate 23 is prevented and the separation of the molding 19 from the metal plate 23 is prevented.

The transmission loss is reduced without deteriorating heat resistance when an alicyclic acid anhydride is used, and an optical waveguide excellent in flexibility and low in transmission loss is obtained when an aliphatic acid dianhydride having a straight-chain skeleton is used. When high heat resistance and low loss are needed, an alicyclic acid dianhydride having a cyclobutane ring structure is used. An aromatic dihydrazide, an aliphatic dihydrazide, etc., are exemplified as the hydrazide component.

The arom. diamine preferably contains 10 to 90mol diamine expressed by formula and 90 to 10mol other diamine. Substrates with which the defect of coating films and the gap defects of display elements arise are easily peeled and regenerated if the polymer is used for various electronic parts, for example, the oriented films of the liquid crystal display elements. Unequal brightness is thus improved in terms of characteristics as well. Even if the polymer is used for the insulating films, etc., of semiconductor elements, the baking temp. is low and, therefore, stress migration, etc., are suppressed as the thermal stresses acting on aluminum wiring layers are less generated.
