CONSTITUTION:The upper part of a rotational shaft 1 of an electromagnetic device having a rotor 8 and a stator 9 is journaled by a guide bearing 3, which is held by a bracket arm 5, and the end of the arm 5 is secured to the floor 13 of the peripheral concrete wall with a fastener 27. In this case, the fastener 27 is made of a supporting plate 29 having broad width and small thickness and is secured so as to acommodate small radial rigidity and large tangential rigidity of the arm 5. In this manner, the thermal expansion of the bracket arm is absorbed, and the rotor 8 can endure against the tangential force due to the unbalance of the rotor 8, thereby improving the stability.

      CONSTITUTION: A belly side boss 14 which runs along a belly side and a back side boss 15 which runs along a back side are formed at a blade face 4 of an adjoining rotary blade 2, and a connector 23 is inserted in to a hole 17 formed at each boss 14, 15. The hole 17 of the belly side boss 14 is made of an oblong 19 and a semi-circle 26 of a larger diameter and a jaw 21 which connects both parts 19 and 20, while the semi-circle 20 is situated at the exit side of a flow passage between blades. While the hole 17 of the back side boss 15 is similarly shaped, the semi-circle 20 is situated at the entry side of the flow passage between blades in this case. The connector 23 consists of a pillar-shaped part 35 having more or less the same section as that of the above-mentioned hole 17 and of a blade 28 with a semi-circule section; a tapered face 29 set at the blade 28 of each connector 23 links bosses 14, 15.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain preferably oil lubrication of a rotary machine by supporting a guide frame at the axial center of a thin cylinder which is mounted between the bore ends of upper and lower circular wheels, thereby preventing the size in the gap of bearings from decreasing at the operating time. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower ends of a thin cylinder 24 are respectively rigidly clamped with bolts 26 at the bore side ends between upper and lower circular wheels 14 and 15, and a guide frame 5 is mounted at the axial center of the cylinder 24. Since the radial thermal elongation of the frame 5 is absorbed by the radial deformation at the axial center of the cylinder 24 but the radial rigidity of the cylinder 24 is small due to reduced thickness, the frame 5 is not almost affected by the restriction but thermally elongated until it contacts with the bore of the cylinder 25. Accordingly, the size in the metal gap between a shaft collar 2 and a guide bearing 3 does not almost decrease even at the operating time, thereby maintaining preferable oil lubrication.

The hole 17 is, then, formed from an upstream semmicircular part 19 of a small diameter and a downstream semicircular part 20 of large diameter and the jaw parts connecting these semicircular parts with curves, and the holes 17 of each projection 14 and 15 are formed in opposite direction to each other. The connectors 16 and 23 have the approximately same cross-section as the hole 17. The central ends of the connectors 16 and 23 are formed into a tapered surface 29, projected gently and convexly, and a tapered surface 29, flat shaped, respectively, and the above-mentioned projections 14 and 15 are connected through the fitting between these tapered surfaces 29 and 28.
