摘要： PURPOSE:To directly supply oil to a sliding surface in the end plate outer peripheral part of a fixed scroll and a turning scroll from a bottom part oil reservoir, free from the mixing of gas, in a sealed type horizontal scroll compressor. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a sealed container 1 is divided into a discharge chamber 1a and a motor chamber 1b which have the bottom part oil reservoirs 6a and 6b by a frame 11 and a fixed scroll 4 fixed on the frame 11, and a turning scroll 5 meshed with the fixed scroll is driven through a driving shaft 14 by a motor 3. The compressed gas is discharged into a discharge chamber 1a, and discharged outside the sealed container from a discharge pipe 19 through the upper part passages 18a and 18b and the motor chamber 1b. The oil in the bottom part oil reservoir 6b passes through an oil feeding passage 8b in the frame 11 opened in the oil reservoir 6b and the oil feeding passages 8a and 8c in a fixed scroll end plate 4a, and supplied, without gas mixture, to the sliding surfaces 41 in the peripheral part of both the scroll end plates, directly by the difference between the discharged gas pressure acting into the oil reservoir and the gas pressure which is not lower than that pressure and acts to the sliding surface 41.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and durability at the time of high speed operation by forming a rotary scroll member and an Oldham ring member for preventing rotation of light alloys, respectively, thereby reducing the mass of each member to reduce acceleration stress. CONSTITUTION:Inside an enclosed vessel 3, a compressor mechanism 1 and a motor 2 are respectively arranged. When the motor 2 is driven, a crank shaft 7 in the compressor 1 rotates and a rotary scroll member 4 rotates by means of an Oldham ring member 8, thereby the volume of a space formed by the scroll 4 and a fixed scroll 5 is reduced, and then compression is performed. The member 4 and the member 8 and respectively formed of aluminum or other light alloys. It is thus possible to reduce the mass of each member 4 or 8 and to reduce the acceleration stress.

CONSTITUTION:The number of windings of respective outside and inside curves 5f, 6f and 5g, 6g of respective scroll laps 5, 6 in respective fixed and turning scrolls 1, 2 are different slightly from each other, and the winding starting angle of the respective outside curves 5f, 6f is largely set to the respective inside curves 5g, 6g. The respective outside curves 5f, 6f are also connected respectively to inside curves 5g, 6g with smooth curves in respective winding starting ends 5d, 6d of the central section of the scroll laps 5, 6. Further, the terminal end 6e of the scroll lap 6 in the turning scroll 2 is connected with a smooth curve. The strength and compression performance of lap is thus improved.
