摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction by restoring an output node to a normal level after noise disappears even when the noise is generated in an input signal and the output node is discharged in error. SOLUTION: Supposing that input signals INO-INn are in an N-channel logic block NBL with ϕ=1 (decision phase), then an output node OUT precharged to a VDD should stay in the VDD without being discharged in a pre-charge phase. However, in the case that noise intrudes in the input signals INO-INn and the logic block NBL is generated even momentarily, the output node is discharged to a power supply VSS. However, when the noise disappears and the NBL is restored to a nonconductive state, conversely the n-channel logic block/NBL is made conductive. Thus, an output node/OUT is discharged to the VSS and a feedback transistor(TR) MP3 is made conductive. Thus, the discharged output node OUT is charged by the MP3 and restored again to a normal level (VDD).

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce thermal resistance at the time of flip-chip connection. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor element 11 is bonded through solder bumps 13 with a circuit board 15. An insulating film, i.e., an oxide film 14, is formed around the bump 13 at the time of bonding the semiconductor element to the circuit board or thereafter. The periphery of the solder bump 13 is filled with a low melting point metal 17 for lowering the thermal resistance and the heat dissipation performance is enhanced between the semiconductor element 11 and the circuit board 15. Since the gap between the semiconductor element 11 and the circuit board 15 is filled compactly with a material having high thermal conductivity, thermal resistance is reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable simultaneous judgment of a level difference, a waveform distortion and a phase deviation, by generating a reference waveform from a reading signal for magnetization inverting information to compare a reading waveform with the reference waveform in the area being divided before and after a peak point. CONSTITUTION:A fundamental pattern written into a magnetic disc 1 is brought into a reading signal buffer 12, which is connected to an area divider 15 for a waveform to be measured to compare an area thereof with that of a reference waveform and areas of the waveforms before and after a peak point are inputted by two frequency portions. A servo signal on the disc 1 is taken into a servo head 2 to generate a clock with a digitization reference clock generator 8. The clock is inputted into a clock generator 13 for analysis to generate the reference waveform. The reference waveform is inputted into a reference waveform assumed integration divider 14 to store areas thereof before and after the peak. Then, these areas are compared continuously by two electromagnetic conversion characteristic comparators 16 to perform a waveform analysis.
