    • PURPOSE:To prevent the rise of running cost by introduction of the open air from increasing, by so constituting the titled device that a number of persons staying in a room is detected by detecting a number of entering persons and a number of leaving persons, the necessary minimum quantity of introduction of the open air is calculated based on the number of persons staying in the room and the open air is taken-in based on the calculated value. CONSTITUTION:A quantity equivalent to a number of persons staying in a room is detected by a device consisting of light sources 7a, 8a, light receiving devices 7b, 8b and a pulse counter at an entrance 7 and an exit 8. The quantity equivalent to number of persons staying in the room is sent to an operating circuit 10 at every fixed intervals. A damper opening is decided according to the number of persons staying in the room at that time through a function of the number of persons (p) staying in the room - the damper opening (a) established by a data input device 11 beforehand, in the circuit 10. Instructions of the damper opening are sent to a driving device 12 of a damper, the damper 4 is driven by controlling a driving motor 13 according to a difference with the damper opening at that time and the opening is determined as decided by the circuit 10. A quantity of introduced open air corresponding to the number of persons staying in the room is determined and set at an appropriate temperature by an air conditioner 5 and supplied to a counter 1 through a duct 6 in this manner.

    • PURPOSE:To use a heat accumulating tank effectively in an operation control system for a heat source machine which uses the heat accumulating tank by controlling the machine so that the accumulated value of the quantities of heat generated by the heat source machine may change between the accumulated value of estimated load amounts and the sum of this value and the effective heat capacity of the heat accumulating tank. CONSTITUTION:The amount of the air conditioning load on the day of operation is estimated per time unit by an air conditioning load estimating device 11 and the unit time load amount is outputted to a calculator 12. The calculator 12 accumulates the estimated load amount and draws an accumulated load curve 2, and also calculates the effective heat capacity of a heat accumulating tank from the characteristics of the heat accumulating tank inputted from an input device 14 and draws a curve 3. A calculator 13 inputs the values of these curves at each time, inputs the capacity values of a heat source machine coming from an input device 15 and the temperatures of water tanks coming from a temperature measuring device 19 and establishes an operation schedule. This operation schedule is displayed on a displayer 16 and also outputted to a schedule control device 17, and according to the schedule, the heat source machine 20 is controlled appropriately.

    • PURPOSE:To control quantity discharged from pumps, by using a flow rate incoming and outgoing expression and a pressure equilibrium expression as fundamental expressions, by describing relationship between flow rate and pressure by linearly approximating a head loss expression and by inputting a matrix coefficient displaying these numerical relationships to an optimum computer. CONSTITUTION:The signals of water-level detectros 100 and flow rate detectors 200 are input to a using device 500. A limit condition type preparing device 1 mounted to the using device 500 each inputs matrix coefficient from a flow rate incoming and outgoing type praparing device 5 and a pressure equilibrium type preparing device 6 and linear coefficient from a head loss type linear shape forming device 7, and further inputs each needed signal from a duct water passing-possible quantity memory storage 10, a distributing reservoir water-level variable quantity memory storage 11, a filter plant intake-possible quantity memory storage 12, a demand point pressure upper and lower limit values memory storage 13 and an upper and lower limit values memory storage 14 of increased pressure due to pressure dischared from pumps and the objustment of valves, thus preparing a limit condition expression, then putting out discharged flow rate and discharge pressure to the pumps 300 and an increasing pressure valve and passing flow rate to valves 400.
