摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer and drier where watertight sealing is achieved simply and inexpensively without using a hollow watertight seal, an air pump and a pressure detector.
SOLUTION: The dish washer and drier has: an outer frame; a washing tub which is placed on a base frame and drawn out from and pushed into the outer frame in a horizontal direction and which is provided with an opening for putting dishes in and out on its upper side; and an inner lid provided at the upper side of the inside of the outer frame for closing the opening. The dish washer and drier is provided with a raising and lowering means for raising the washing tub upward so as to close the opening with the inner lid when the washing tub is put into the outer frame, and for lowering the washing tub so as to release the closing when drawing out the washing tub from inside the outer frame.
