摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part constituted of a plurality of members with fit parts firmly connected against force in a radial direction, and coaxiality after the connection kept without influence of a single part accuracy of the parts.
SOLUTION: The fit part 12 fit in a cylindrical part 10 having an inner bottom is assembled in the part constituted of the plurality of the members. The fit part 12 is brought into contact with the cylindrical part 10. A projection 10d is formed on one of the contact faces of one part out of the fit part 12 and the cylindrical part 10. The projection 10d is fit in the other part, or the other part is fit in the projection.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that stroke is changed due to warpage and deflection of an adjusting member, and processing and assembling accuracy of a constituting component before and after the connection in a method for adjusting a plunger stroke by providing the adjusting member of optional thickness between a housing part and a nozzle part.
SOLUTION: The nozzle part 21 is positioned at the same position as after the connection before plastic flow connection of the housing part 22 and the nozzle part 21, and stroke can be measured in a condition close to a condition after the connection by measuring stroke while the nozzle part 21 is pushed and pressed to the housing part 22. Thereby, change of the stroke before and after the plastic flow connection can be reduced, and a high accurate stroke adjustment can be performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a fuel injection valve to stabilize fuel flow rate characteristics and manufacture of the fuel injection valve. CONSTITUTION:A throttle part 3c in a protrusion conical shape is arranged downstream from a valve element 3b. The apex angle of the throttle part 3c is equal to the apex angle alpha of a valve seat 1b in a recessed conical shape formed in a nozzle 1. A throttle part 3c is formed such that, during closing, the throttle part is spaced away from the valve seat 1b with a gap part 50 with a specified width therebetween. Since a passage the width of which is kept at a constant value in the direction of the flow of fuel is formed between the throttle valve 3c and the valve seat 1b, during opening, the flow of fuel is stabilized with the occurrence of disturbance. As a result, stable fuel flow rate characteristics are provided. Further, since the throttle part 3c in a protrusion conical shape is spaced away from the valve seat 1b by the gap part 50 of a specified width H therebetween, the valve element part 3b approximately in a spherical shape is caused to seat on the valve seat 1b in a state to be brought into linear contact with the valve seat, during closing resulting in ensurance of sealing ability.
