    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation position sensor, formed into an accurate shape on a magnetic face and having compact and simple structure, and to provide an electronic control type throttle device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This rotation position sensor has a pair of substantially semicircular magnetic substance cores, arranged oppositely to each other via a magnetic induction element; and a pair of substantially circular-arc-shaped magnetic substance cores arranged oppositely to each other along the outer circumference of the substantially semicircular magnetic substance cores, and a permanent magnet fixed contacting with at least one of the substantially circular-arc-shaped magnetic substance cores. In the rotation position sensor, the magnetic flux from the permanent magnet is arranged to flow through the substantially circular-arc-shaped magnetic substance core, the substantially semicircular magnetic substance cores, the substantially circular-arc-shaped magnetic substance core and the permanent magnet, in this order, one among the substantially semicircular magnetic substance cores and the permanent magnet is rotatable, and the magnetic flux amount fluctuated by the rotation is detected by the magnetic induction element.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for sensing the rotation position of an object which moves rotationally in a noncontact manner.
      SOLUTION: An axially magnetized ringlike permanent magnet is sandwiched from the upper and lower sides with each of two magnetic plates. Between the upper magnetic plate and the lower magnetic plate, two projected magnetic bodies in each of the upper and lower sides are mounted on each end part of the magnetic plate. A magnetic sensitive element is inserted at an air gap between two projected magnetic bodies in each of the upper and lower sides. By doing this procedure, a magnetic flux of the ringlike permanent magnet is concentrated almost at the projected magnetic body, the magnetic flux passes the magnetic sensitive element. The amount of magnetic flux is almost proportional to a rotation angle of the ringlike permanent magnet. From a signal output detected by the magnetic sensing element, the rotation position of the ringlike permanent magnet, accordingly, the rotation position of the rotary shaft supporting the ringlike permanent magnet can be sensed with the noncontact state. A high sensitive and accurate noncontact type rotation position sensor is obtained due to an effective concentration of the magnetic flux to a mounting part of the magnetic sensitive element.
