    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability of a fixing work at a site by making good use of an existing front pillar, by superimposing a light projector and a light receiver in a safety shoe actuating section and providing a reflector on an abutting side of the front pillar of a cage door.
      SOLUTION: An existing pillar is made good use of as it is for a front pillar 3 of a cage, and a mirror 8 of a reflector is labeled by a pressure sensitive double coated tape for instance to a front surface on one end side of a cage door 1 of the front pillar 3. A light projector 4 and a light receiver 2 are superimposed in a safety shoe actuating section 9 (hereafter called an actuating section) protruded for a certain distance L from a tip of the cage door 1. A modulated infrared ray signal 11 is sent toward the reflector 8 from the light projector 4, and the signal is received by the light receiver 2 through the reflector 8.
