    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vector for producing an objective protein in an egg (especially egg yolk) of a bird including a chicken, to provide a method for producing an objective protein using the vector and a kit containing the vector. SOLUTION: The vector (one example) comprises a promoter and a polynucleotide having a gene encoding a cathepsin D recognition domain, bonded to the 3' terminal side of a gene encoding a domain containing at least a signal sequence and an SE fragment in a chicken-derived vitellogenin protein in which the polynucleotide is controllably bonded to the promoter. The vector has a polynucleotide having a gene encoding a histidine tag, bonded to the 3' terminal side of a gene encoding a cathepsin D recognition domain. The antibody can be properly applied as pharmaceuticals.
