    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connector for a flat conductor with no displacement of a pressurizing member and obtaining a stable suction even when undesirable load is applied from above on a surface to be sucked in the pressurizing member by a suction member. SOLUTION: The pressurizing member 40 is provided with a shaft part 43 working in collaboration with a terminal 20 along with a movement of the pressurizing member 40 in a position corresponding to at least one type of the terminal 20 in a direction of terminal arrangement. The shaft part 43 is provided with: a part to be guided 43A guided by the terminal 20 along with rotation in movement of the pressurizing member 40; and an abutting part 43B on which a surface to be supported 43B-1 receiving repulsing force from the terminal 20 when the pressure from a suction member B is received on the surface to be sucked 41 in an opened position. At least one type of the terminal 20 is provided with: a guiding part 26A guiding the part to be guided 43A in the shaft part; and a supporting part 26B supporting the part to be supported 43B-1 in the abutting part 43B when the pressurizing member 40 is in an opened position.
