A resin foaming material, a water expansion material, and the resin foaming material are inserted into the interior of the joint 21 in order from its recess, and a resin sheet material having predetermined width is stuck on the edge of the adjacent U-shaped frames 17, 17 which sandwich the joint 21 by keeping a distance from the joint 21. Then a sealing material 29 is filled on the opening side of the joint 21 and into the space between the pair of resin sheet materials, and the redundant sealing material 29 is eliminated by surface treatment which makes the surface of the sealing material 29 flush with that of the resin sheet materials. By peeling the resin sheet materials on both sides, the sealing material 29 can be formed in a T-shaped form in cross section which makes both wing parts having predetermined thickness cover both edge parts of the adjacent U-shaped frames 17, 17 sandwitching the joint 21.
