      SOLUTION: A water stop board 30 is provided to the circumferential edge section of a top board 12 of the cylindrical cutting machine 1, the cooling water is supplied to the top board 12, the cooling water is moved to the circumferential edge section with centrifugal force by rotation of the cutting machine, the cooling water is stored in a plurality of water storage rooms 32 divided by the water stop board 30 and a partition board 31, the cooling water freely falls through a discharge port 33 bored in the top board of each water storage room 32 to supply a proper quantity of the cooling water to a diamond chip 11 of the cutting edge. The cooling water falls through a vertical wall 10 of the cylindrical cutting machine 1 by boring the discharge port in the corner of each water storage room 32, and the cooling water is surely supplied to the diamond tip 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to remove a thing buried underground in a shorter time and reduce time required for recovering traffic by cutting the paved road surface around the buried thing in a circle and lifting up the cut pavement surface and the buried thing in one united body.
      SOLUTION: The paved road surface 10 is cut in a circle around an underground buried thing 1. A reaction frame 2 is set up on the underground buried thing 1, and a center hall jack 3 is installed on the reaction frame 2. A rod 4 with a connection means 41 is inserted through the leading end of the center hall jack 3 and connected with the inside of the underground buried thing 1. The center hall jack 3 is operated to make ground have shear fracture around the underground buried thing, and then lift up the paved road surface 10 and the buried thing 1 in one united body.
