    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket structure arranged in a separator of a fuel cell vehicle, which prevents a stain due to leakage of a non-freezing liquid caused by a stack of a fuel cell vehicle, which uses the non-freezing liquid as cooling water, and makes a stack efficient. SOLUTION: The gasket structure includes: a first gasket part which has a first gasket provided on one surface of a separator and is adhered tightly on an outer circumference of a non-freezing liquid manifold, and a second gasket which is continuously formed avoiding a part where non-freezing manifold is positioned so that a membrane electrode assembly can be prevented from being stained by leakage of non-freezing liquid from the non-freezing manifold; and a second gasket part which has a third gasket provided on the other surface of the separator, and a fourth gasket which is formed alongside an outer side of the non-freezing liquid manifold formed between a hydrogen and an air manifolds and is formed alongside between the hydrogen and air manifold and the separator.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single cell structure for a fuel cell stack including a composite gasket having effective sealing property and capable of reducing tightening pressure of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) stack to facilitate mounting of the gasket.
      SOLUTION: When assembling a single cell of the fuel cell stack, this single cell structure for the fuel cell stack including the composite gasket adopts the composite gasket, sealing property is given to one face which becomes a supporting body to ensure rigidity unavailable from pure rubber, and bonding property is given to the other face to bond on a separation plate in order to improve mounting property, thereby improving sealing property by a cross sectional shape of two row beads. Tightening pressure is reduced by use of low hardness rubber material and reduction of bulk to provide an effective sealing structure capable of contributing to the improvement of performance of a fuel cell.
