    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity of work washing at least agitating blades of a agitator, to dispense with rinse washing to shorten a washing cycle time, to forcibly dry the agitator by compressed air immediately after washing and to enhance the economical efficiency of equipment. SOLUTION: A washing tank unit 40 has a washing tank 41, a plurality of washing nozzles jetting a washing soln. into the washing tank 41, the piping system for the washing nozzles, coupler members 58, 69 of the upstream end of the piping system and a discharge port 47 discharging a washing soln. A washing soln. supply pipe 80, a compressed air supply pipe 81 and a discharge pipe 82 discharging the liquid discharged from the washing tank unit 40 are provided over a plurality of agitating stations having stirrers. Next, the washing tank unit 40 is transferred to each agitating station to alternatively connect the washing soln. supply pipe 80 and the compressed air supply pipe 81 to the coupler members 58,69 and the paddles and scrapers of the stirrer are housed in the washing tank 41 to jet the washing soln. from the washing nozzles to perform washing and, thereafter, compressed air is jetted from the washing nozzles to forcibly dry the stirrer. Thereafter, the washing tank unit 40 is moved to the separate agitating station to perform washing and drying in the same way.

    • PURPOSE:To sterilize safely inside of a bottle without using sterilizer or the like by a method wherein sterilized substitute or sterilizing gas is introduced into the bottle to take place of gas in the bottle and at the same time, sterilizing and/or cleaning liquid is introduced into the bottle. CONSTITUTION:A bottle 3 fed into a sterile room 1 and reversed by a reversing means 5 is being transferred in a direction of an arrow by a driving of a transfer means 7 in a state in which its mouth part is held by a bottle neck holder 6. While the bottle is being transferred, first a nozzle 8 is inserted into a mouth part of the bottle 3 by an elevator 12, and then sterilized gas or sterilizing gas is jetted out of a liquid jetting nozzle 9 of the nozzle 8, so that the gas takes place of gas in the bottle 3. At the same time of or in succession to this replacement, hot water is released out of a hot water jetting nozzle 10, whereby the temperature of an inner wall of the bottle is raised up to a sterilizing one. In this way the bottle 3 is sterilized, and then transported to a charging process while it is kept sterile by any proper method.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the foreign matter generated by washing from remaining in a tank by rotating an annular rail fixed with a vessel in an upward open state to turn the vessel in the upward open state downward and mounting nozzles for internal washing which wash the inside of the vessel by injecting washing water therein at this annular rail. SOLUTION: The annular frame 64 as the annular rail having a horizontal width to allow the sufficient housing of the cooking vessel C is internally arranged with a roller conveyor 65 and proximity switches like a turn table. The annular frame 64 is provided with two pairs of locking devices 76 for securely fixing the cooking vessel C existing in the prescribed position to the annular frame 64. Further, the cooking vessel C in the upward open state is held downward and the nozzles 80 for internal washing which wash the inside of the vessel by injecting the washing water therein are supported by oscillatable nozzle arms 82 and are mounted at the annular frame 64. As a result, the execution of rinsing is made possible without allowing the washing water to stagnate in the moving tank.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent washed bottles from being contaminated by contaminants splashed from unwashed bottles by a method wherein a partition wall is provided between a pair of rotary members to separate the unwashed bottles held by the rotary member on the feed side from the washed bottles held by the rotary member on the delivery side. CONSTITUTION:A washer 6 has a pair of rotary members 8 and 10 which are located at an entrance/exit port 4a of a washing chamber 4, and the entrance/ exit 4a faces a conveyer 2. Bottles are led into the washing chamber 4 and delivered out of the washing chamber 4 by the rotary members 8 and 10 each having recessed receptacles at regular intervals around the circumference. The unwashed bottles is received in the recessed receptacles of the first rotary member 8 and the washed bottles are received in the recessed receptacles of the second rotary member 10. The space where unwashed bottles pass is separated from the space where the washed bottles pass by a partition wall 22. Thereby, the washed bottles can be prevented from being contaminated by substances splashed from the outer surfaces of the unwashed bottles.
