摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out continuous coating of a powder material by supplying the powder material to the inside of a nozzle by suction force of negative pressure of a spiral nozzle in a fore-stage, dispersing and orienting the powder material by the generated spiral current, and coating the surface of the powder material with a coating agent sucked by the negative pressure suction force of a spiral nozzle in the rear-stage. SOLUTION: Spiral nozzles 1, 2 in the fore-stage and in the rear-stage have supply aperture parts 11, 21, jetting outlet parts 12, 22, and circular slit parts 13, 23 to generate spiral current by introduction of a compressed fluid, respectively and a suction aperture part 31 is opened in a slit part 23 of the nozzle 2 in the rear-stage. In the case that surface coating treatment is carried out for, for example, potassium titanate fibers, the fibers are supplied through the supply aperture part 11 and dispersed in the spiral current generated by the nozzle 1 in the fore-stage, and oriented and controlled as to make the longer axis be along the spiral current proceeding direction of the tubular axis. Then, a silane coupling agent solution is sucked through a suction rear side 31 by the negative pressure generated by the spiral current generated by the nozzle 2 in the rear-stage and sprayed to the inside of the nozzle to carry out the coating treatment.

That is, the liquid coating material (e. g; liquid silane coating material) formed into the mist form by the diffusing gas is blown in a powder flow pas sage 4 due to Coanda flow through the Coanda slit 7 of the Coanda flow part B. As a result, even a fine powder of a micro-order such as a potassium titanate fiber can be subjected to surface coating uniformly with high efficiency without bonding particles to the wall surface of the apparatus while the flocculation and destruction of particles are suppressed.

In the SF unit, a liquid mixture 10 pressurized by a pressurization part 3 is ejected from the slit 13 and discharged from the discharge opening 11. In this process, a slanted surface 14 the inside diameter of which is decreased gradually from the Coanda slit 13 toward the discharge opening 11 is formed, and the mixture 10 from the slit 13 is discharged from the opening 11 with a Coanda spiral flow formed. In this way, the emulsification/dispersion of the mixture 10 and the uniform crushing and dispersion of fine particles are carried out efficiently.

On the other hand, a large negative pressure suction force is generated near the inlet 6, and sucks the staples supplied to the inlet 6 into the pipe line 1. Hence, the staples are sent forward as a spiral flow, and carried with being swelled and opened.
