    • PURPOSE:To form the ornamental member of a vehicle with the appearance of mild and metallic glowing and the deeply colored appearance by forming the underpaint surface of fine granular material as an undercoat on the surface of a plastics form, forming a glowing metal film layer on the surface of the plastic form through the vacuum deposition process, and further forming a transparent or semi-transparent top coat on the layer. CONSTITUTION:An undercoat 2'' having the desired skin surface of the fine- pigment-suspended coat is formed on the surface of a plastics material 1 used to form a plastics molded part such as a cover or a food generally used for a vehicle. Then a glaring surface of a metal film 3 is formed on the fine- pigment-suspended coat through the vacuum deposition process or the sputtering process. A transparent or a semi-transparent top coat 4'' is built on this metal film 3 as a protection coat. As the undercoat 2'', organic or disorganic fine- pigment which is scattered using the ultra-violet ray hardening synthetic resin included in the acrylic resin system as a vehicle is appropriate. As the top coat 4'', two-liquid type low temperature hardening urethane synthetic resin paint, for example, is used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the necessary relationship of a load to a displacement quantity with a simple structure by arranging a restricting wall to restrain the expansion in the direction perpendicular to the pressing direction when an elastic body is pressed. SOLUTION: An elastic body 20 housed in a case 15 has its left and right side surfaces 20L and 20R and a clearance which contacts with a side wall 15a of the case 15 and a cover member 16 in a front part, that is, on the side locked by a locking piece 17 and gradually separates from the side wall 15a of the case 15 and the cover member 16 as it proceeds backward. Front wheels receive a recess-projection of the ground surface, or a load is applied at brake time, and a swinging arm and a lever integrally formed with this swing, and when the lever presses the elastic body 20, it expands in the direction perpendicular to the pressing direction, that is, the vertical direction and the lateral direction, and the left and right side surfaces 20L and 20R are swollen in the lateral direction, and the expansion is restrained by respectively contacting with the side wall 15a of the case 15 and the cover member 16. The contact area increases as a press makes progress, and sliding resistance on a contact surface is increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain always specific spring characteristics while yielding of the spring is little by a method wherein a resin spring is manufactured by releasing preliminary compression after applying the preliminary compression to crystalline thermoplastic resin, a recessed part is preliminarily formed before preliminary compression, to a part which is especially largely deformed in compression. SOLUTION: A cylindrical resin material 1 composed of polyester elastomer being crystallin thermoplastic resin is annealed after molding in a mold, a peripheral wall 3 is formed with a through hole 3 passing vertically through an inside, and an almost cylindrical shape is formed. Though an outer shape of the cylindrical resin material 1 is uniform over in an axial direction, an inner diameter of the throughhole 2 is gradually increased from upper and lower opening ends toward a center, and a recessed part 4 of an axial central part wherein a central part expands is formed. When preliminary compression is carried out by applying specific compression force axially, stress is concentrated to an axial central part, the cylindrical resin material 1 is deformed flatly, the axial central part is largely bent, and then though released by unfastening press, the resin spring which is deformed in almost such the shape is obtained as it is.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain structure for generating both compression side and tension side damping force by making an elastic body generate both compression side damping force and tension side damping force in association with the rotation of a lever integral with a link. SOLUTION: On the inside of a rubber elastic body 20 of profile shape, a circular hole 20b piercing in a width direction, and a large deformed rectangular hole 20c are longitudinally formed, an oblong hole 20e is formed in a front face, between the circular hole 20b and the front face, and an oblong hole 20f piercing along a rear face is further formed at a base part of a protrusion 20a. This rubber elastic body 20 is provided with a hysteresis characteristic to compressive-tensile action and combines elastic function with damper function. Accordingly, even in this simple structure with the rubber elastic body 20 interposed between a front fork 8 and a lever, the rubber elastic body 20 generates both compression side damping force and tension side damping force, and impact received by a front wheel from the ground is efficiently absorbed by the rubber elastic body 20 so as to obtain excellent shock absorbing effect.
