摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance an absorptive effect of vibration while improve resistibility against mechanical and thermal stress, by improving construction of a joint part, comprising inner and outer pipes and a band, and a cylindrical gasket, in the case of an exhaust pipe joint of insertion type. CONSTITUTION:This exhaust pipe joint has an inner pipe 1 and an outer pipe 2 having an internal diameter almost equal to the external diameter of the inner pipe 1. The joint, forming a contour spread part 22 in a pipe end part of the outer pipe 2, extends a point end part of the inner pipe 1 penetrating through the contour spread part 21 of the outer pipe 2 while arranges said point end part extending to an internal diameter part 20 of the outer pipe 2. And the joint, fitting a gasket 3 into an annular clearance formed between the inner pipe 1 and the contour spread part 21 of the outer pipe 2, is tightened by a tightening band 4 arranged in the periphery of the outer pipe 2. Said outer pipe 2, providing in its contour spread part 21 plural slits 25 both connected with an opening end and divided in the peripheral direction, enables the tightening by the tightening band 4 to be effectively transmitted to the gasket.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at the improvement of sealing performance, vibration absorbing effect and durability, etc., by arranging a gasket made of a reinforcing material and expansion graphite in an annular gap formed between the pipe end portion and the flange of an inner pipe, and the diameter enlargement portion of an outer pipe. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust pipe coupling comprises an inner pipe 1, an outer pipe 2 fitted on the circumference of the inner pipe 1 by some length from the opening portion 12 thereof, a cylindrical gasket 3 inserted in the gap of the fitting portion and a fastening band 4 fastened on the outer circumference of the outer pipe 2. In this case, an annular gap is formed by the outer circumference of the pipe end portion 13 of the inner pipe 1, one end of an annular flange 11 and the inner circumference of the diameter enlargement portion 21 of the outer pipe 2. The cylindrical gasket 3 comprising a reinforcing member and expansion graphite is arranged in the annular gap with remaining a space C closed by the gasket due to the heat expansion thereof at one end of the gap.

When a fixing member C, such as synthetic resin caps or holders, is fixedly adhered to the cable conduit A, a hooking material 5, having an equivalent quality or an equivalent group to the tube 1, is first fixedly welded at an external circumference of the end of the cable conduit A by an ultrasonic jointing method. Afterwards, the fixing member C made of a synthetic resin is injection-molded so that it surrounds the hooking material 5 and the external circumference surface of the tube 1. This permits a solid mechanical connection of the fixing member C to the hooking material 5, and allows to strengthen fixing of the fixing member C to the cable conduit A.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method of the production of spherical surface bearing of automatic alignment type, wherein after a very thin resin coating has been formed on a convex spherical outer surface of an inner wheel, melt resin is filled into the gap between the inner and outer rings, and after it has cured, the coating on the convex spherical outer surface of the inner wheel is removed to form a desired slide engaging gap easily. CONSTITUTION:A very thin resin coating is formed on a convex spherical outer surface 1' of an inner wheel 1 by spraying or the like, and then a releaser is applied thereon. Then the inner wheel 1 is introduced together with an outer ring 2 into a mold C and molten synthetic resin added with an inorganic filler is filled into the gap 4 through an injection port D. After it has cooled and solidified it is removed from the mold C and then the coating on the convex spherical outer surface 1' of the inner wheel 1 is peeled off. By chosing the thickness of the coating, a bearing having a desired slide engaging gap will be obtained.
