    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver device and a motor device which, while adopting a snap fit based fitting structure, can restrain deterioration in sealability and can restrain an increase in manufacturing costs, as well as can prevent the case or cover from getting damaged.SOLUTION: Provided is a driver device 8 having a case 11 which has an opening 11a in one face thereof and in which a driver circuit board is housed and a cover 12 which blocks up the opening 11a in the case 11, with a gap between the case 11 and the cover 12 blocked with an adhesive J. An elastically deformable tongue section 17 is formed on either the case 11 or the cover 12 and a claw section 15 fittable to the tongue section 17 is formed on the other side. The tongue section 17 and the claw section 15 are configured to fit by snap fit, and a fitting face 15a of the claw section 15 is formed aslant. Thus, the fitting face 15a and the tongue section 17 are made to function as an elastic tensile mechanism so that the case 11 and the cover 12 elastically expand in a mutually attracting direction.

      SOLUTION: In the opposing wiping type wiper device, wiper blades on a driver's seat side and on a passenger seat next to driver side are driven by motors 3a, 3b individually. The motor 3a is directly turned ON and OFF by a wiper switch 42 and drives the wiper blade on the driver's seat side independently without interlocking with the operation of the motor 3b. The motor 3b is controlled by a wiper drive controller 10, and its operation is controlled based on a rotation signal of the motor 3a to prevent the interference of the wiper blades on the driver's seat side and on the passenger seat next to the driver seat side. Even if the wiper blade on the passenger seat next to the driver seat side stops due to a failure, the wiping operation by the wiper blade on the driver's seat side is maintained to ensure driver's field of view.
