A bracket 33 is provided in a sub-frame 9, and the combined brake cable 17 is supported at the bracket 33. A hook 32b provided at one end of the return spring 32 is supported at the bracket 33, and a hook 32a at the other end is supported at an upper end 28a of the operation arm 28.
