摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing conveniently a multilayered foamed molded article which can be used for automotive interior trim, etc., and is lightweight and highly rigid and excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: At first, a skin material 3 is arranged between top and bottom molds 1 and 2 by using the top and bottom molds for mold stamping molding and then, while a resin compsn. (a molten resin 6) for forming a base contg. a polypropylene resin material and a foaming agent is injected and filled into a cavity formed by the top and bottom molds under a condition where the molds are opened, on the other hand, the cavity is compressed by multi-steps contg. speed control and pressure control and thereafter, the top and bottom molds are opened by a specified amt. and after the resin compsn. for forming the base is foamed to form a foamed base layer, the foamed base layer is solidified by cooling. A multilayered foamed molded article constituted of the foamed base layer consisting of the polypropylene resin material and a skin layer consisting of the skin material can be reduced thereby.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent cracking in the precious wood veneer by a method wherein plywood is interposed between base board and the precious wood veneer at the bonding of the precious wood veneer to the metal base board by forming the veneer along the surface of the base board. CONSTITUTION:A metal base board 2, in which a curved surface 52, a bent edge 62 and a plurality of openings 13 are formed, is placed on the bottom force of a hot press. Next, on the base board 2, several sheets of veneer 8a for forming plywood 8, a precious wood veneer 9 equipped with reinforcing film 12 and several sheets of Japanese paper are laminated in the order named. At this time, thermosetting synthetic resin-based adhesive film is interposed between the veneer 8a and the base board 2, between the veneers 8a and between the veneer 8a and the precious wood veneer 9. The resultant laminates are bonded to the base board 2 with a hot press by being formed along the curved surface 52 and the bent edge 62. Since being flexible, the plywood 8 gets to well fit the base board 2. Further, since the precious wood veneer 9 gets to well fit the plywood 8 and, at the same time, is given the reinforcing function of the reinforcing film 12, the development of crack in the precious wood veneer 9 is eliminated.

The through hole 8 is bored on the metallic plate 2 correspondingly to the base part 7a of the fitting stay 7. The end surface of the base part 7a inserted into the through hole 8 is directly connected to the rear surface of the wooden plate 1, i.e., to the rear surface of the plywood 1a.

At the time of recycling the obtained stamping shaped body, the stamping shaped body is coarsely crushed, put into a screw extruder and kneaded with heating with a resin temperature of 180 or more, and extruded into strings while being filtrated through a filter having a mesh size of less than 10 mm to remove non-molten materials (impurities), and the strings are cut to obtain re-pellet resins.

Further, while a decorative member or a primer is caused to intervene between the synthetic resin covering layer and the synthetic resin base, their linear expansion factors are approximated, whereby the warpage of the laminated molded object due to surrounding temperature-change or the crack and peeling of the synthetic resin covering layer are avoided.
